Happy new year to you all!
     In the past year, the achievements in 2007 reached the expected effect under correct leadership of the board of directors and common efforts of the staff. The company will put emphasis on achieving two events in the new year: firstly, determine favorable operation and profit modes of three core businesses; secondly, lay stress on enhancing employees' salaries and welfare based on further improvement of scientific performance management, especially the first-line employees and backbones, which is the general orientation and the basis for developing work by the staff.

     In the past year, decision-making team of the company withstood pressure, implemented instructions of the board of director, and made considerable progress in scientific decision-making and leadership for purpose of guaranteeing correct and prospective development orientation of the company.

     In the past year, the middle-level cadres represented by the Wang Xudong, the factory director, fulfilled their obligations and carried out various decisions of the company, whose management level and achievements were obvious to all;

     In the past year, several brainy and thinking youths such as Dr. Qin Ling and Comrade Guo Jing stood out conspicuously, kept forging ahead with enthusiasm on the career and vital force, devoted to energy and made contributions;

     In the part year, experienced employees represented by Zeng Lingping and Zheng Xiaoqiang worked hard zealously and earnestly with their loyalty and held the working attitude of studying conscientious, so that they all obtained excellent achievement

     In the part year, a large group of grass-roots employees in the first line regards the factory as their family and plumed themselves on the company, simple and unknown to public. They are the backbone of Wagott!

     “Joy in welcoming 2008, just because of you”! Finally, I call on the staff enhance working efficiency, capacity and level by correct thinking and method in the spirit of “giving up the small self and keep the big self in mind”. I believe Wagott can have the better tomorrow and the staff can realize their wonderful ideals with their common efforts as well as under correct leadership and support of new board of directors of the company!

     So I will extend my sincere thanks to these excellent employees on behalf of the board of directors and the staff! Wagott will never be closed because of you and thus respect you forever!
